Naga Das (Palveshey)
Founder, Lead Coach
Naga Das helps the greatest leaders from all walks of life transcend trauma and find peace and purpose.
Until she found plant medicines, her life was characterized by high achievement, including a Harvard education and experience as a crypotocurrency CEO. These medicines showed her that there is so much more to life than accolades, ultimately leading her to quit her addictions and pursue her passion of helping people.
In her free time, she is writing her book, Dying to Live.

Andrew Greene
Coach,
Facilitator, Yoga/Breathwork
Andrew brings nearly a decade of health and wellness experience into his coaching practice. He designs and leads transformational coaching programs, often integrating yoga, fitness, breathwork, and other experiential methods to promote deep healing and personal growth.
Previously a biochemistry/metabolism researcher and personal training studio owner, Andrew brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and holistic wellness practices to his work.

Alicia Freeman
Facilitator
Alicia has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has experience working in the fields of Human Resources, Government and Accounting.
Over the past decade, Alicia has been on a profound spiritual path of self-gnosis and personal healing. During this time, she has stepped into roles of fire keeper, ceremonial musician, sound healer and Astrologer. She has completed studies in BioGeometry, Human Design and Gene Keys, and has been guided by Hermeticism, a deep desire to understand reality and consciousness, and her work with plant medicine.

Laura Small
Coach, Facilitator & CEO
Laura is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC and plant medicine facilitator who blends her coaching approaches with her training by the Rastafarian indigenous people. She works with clients in private programs and group retreat settings, providing support and integration to help them navigate change and lead a more intentional, aligned, and fulfilling life.
Prior to coaching, she spent 18 years in the private equity field working with companies across the agriculture, healthcare, real estate and technology sectors.

Micah Tafari
Facilitator
Micah leads group ceremonies on the Jamaica retreats with ACM. He is a firekeeper, and also trained in sustainable building techniques, renewable energy, organic farming, plant medicine, yoga, and meditation.
Micah has over 10 years experience facilitating plant medicine ceremonies and holds space for the deep work on retreat. Micah is passionate about supporting the reestablishment of oneness between humanity and nature.

Ryan Greene, D.O., M.S.
Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Greene is an osteopathic physician (D.O.) specializing in human performance, sports medicine, nutrition and the most cutting-edge recovery methods available. Dr. Greene’s principal belief is that integration of a constantly collaborative, holistic, evidence-based practice amongst health and wellness practitioners is crucial for an individual’s, and societies in general, sustained success.
Dr. Greene collaborates with ACM by screening applicants’ medical questionnaires, and ensuring that any safety concerns are addressed. He brings former experience in this industry from his work with WAKE/Revitalist clinics.
